Vern Sor

Founder & Director 

With over 20 years of experience in property development and construction, Vern brings strong industry expertise and proven leadership to the team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Macquarie University, Australia and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

    Vern began his career with one of Australia's major banks, gaining a solid foundation in finance and strategic planning. He later served as Director and CEO of Kamso Sdn. Bhd., where he successfully delivered projects with a total Gross Development Value exceeding RM300 million, including Taman Warisan bayu, Taman Kelemak Utama, Taman Melaka Perdana, Taman Semarang Indah, and Dengkil Centre Point.

    As the Founder of Rebuilt Homes, Vern remain actively involved in the industry. He currently serves as Director of Adiwarna Cemerlang Sdn. Bhd. and is a committee member of DUBA (Damansara Uptown Business Association), contributing to ongoing business and community development.

Leonard Lim

Founder & Director 

Leonard Lim is a construction industry practitioner with over 28 years of experience across contractors, consultants, and developers. He has successfully delivered complex structural and building projects throughout Malaysia, including high-rise and landed housing, major retail malls, Grade-A office towers, and 5-star hotels.

   Holding an MBA and a Diploma in International Arbitration, Leonard combines deep expertise in concrete construction with strong commercial and project management capabilities. Beginning his career as a Site Engineer in 1997, he developed extensive experience in structural works, quality control, and project execution—providing a strong foundation for leading modern precast concrete manufacturing and installation.

     His subsequent roles with leading developers, including Perdana ParkCity and Sunrise (now UEM Sunrise), saw him contribute to landmark developments such as Desa ParkCity and Mont' Kiara. These experiences shaped his commitment to structural quality, product durability, efficient project delivery, and client satisfaction—principles that continue to guide his leadership today.

Roy Yong

Technical Advisor 

Roy Yong brings over 40 years of experience in precast, prefabrication, and IBS construction, with a track record of delivering more than 10,000 housing units across Southeast Asia. His career includes senior roles at DRB-Hicom, Kimlun Corporation, and M.K. Land, as well as extensive R&D work in Australia, where he developed innovative materials such as lightweight aerated concrete, blast-resistant concrete, and low-carbon geopolymer systems.

    Roy is currently focused on advanced technologies, including 3D concrete printing, AI-driven design, robotics, and automation. He also led major projects such as an RM142 million, 1,500-unit affordable housing development for Iskandar Regional Development Authority.

    A recognized industry contributor, Roy has spoken at national seminars and served as Chairman of the Precast Technology Work Group under the Asian Concrete Construction Institute (ACCI).

Ir. Lim Bok Teik

Technical Advisor 

Graduated in New Zealand, Ir Lim Bok Teik brings over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. He began his career with JKR Malaysia, where he was involved in major public infrastructure projects. He later joined Kamso Construction Sdn Bhd as General Manager, contributing extensively to the successful delivery of multiple housing developments.
    A registered Professional Engineer (Ir.) and a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM), Ir Lim is highly regarded for his technical expertise, project leadership, and deep understanding of construction best practices.

Emyra Irwani

Admin Department

Pn. Emyra directs administrative functions at Rebuilt Homes, ensuring seamless business operations across all property and construction projects. Having started her career with Adiwarna Cemerlang fresh after graduation, she has grown with the company through dedication and hard work, contributing significantly to its long-term success.

    Specializing in administrative compliance and resource management, Emyra leverages her sharp eye for detail and strategic planning to ensure the operational stability and sustainability of every development.

Najiha Hisham

Contract Department

Najiha manages all contract operations at Rebuilt Homes, including negotiations, drafting, administration, and compliance. With a strong focus on minimizing risk and ensuring clear agreements, she plays a critical role in supporting the smooth execution of projects.

    Backed by extensive experience in contract law and project coordination, Najiha works closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to safeguard the company’s interests and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the development process.
