Vern began his career with one of Australia’s major banks, gaining a solid foundation in finance and strategic planning. He later served as Director and CEO of Kamso Sdn Bhd, where he successfully delivered projects with a total Gross Development Value exceeding RM300 million, including projects such as Taman Warisan Bayu, Taman Kelemak Utama, Taman Melaka Perdana, Taman Semarang Indah, and Dengkil Centre Point.
As the Founder of Rebuilt, Vern remains actively involved in the industry. He currently serves as Director of Adiwarna Cemerlang Sdn Bhd and is a committee member of DUBA (Damansara Uptown Business Association), contributing to ongoing business and community development.
IR. Lim Bok Teik
Graduated in New Zealand, Ir Lim Bok Teik brings over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and construction. He began his career with JKR Malaysia, where he was involved in major public infrastructure projects. He later joined Kamso Construction Sdn Bhd as General Manager, contributing extensively to the successful delivery of multiple housing developments.
A registered Professional Engineer (Ir.) and a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM), Ir Lim is highly regarded for his technical expertise, project leadership, and deep understanding of construction best practices.
Roy Yong brings over 40 years of experience in precast, prefabrication, and IBS construction, with a track record of delivering more than 10,000 housing units across Southeast Asia. His career includes senior roles with DRB-Hicom, Kimlun Corporation, and M.K. Land, as well as extensive R&D work in Australia, developing innovative materials such as lightweight aerated concrete, blast-resistant concrete, and low-carbon geopolymer systems.
Roy is currently focused on advanced technologies, including 3D concrete printing, AI-driven design, robotics, and automation. He also led major projects such as an RM142 million, 1,500-unit affordable housing development for Iskandar Regional Development Authority.
NUR EMYRA IRWANI NAZRI
A finance professional, Pn. Emyra is responsible for managing all financial matters at Adiwarna Signature. She began her career with Adiwarna Cemerlang right after graduation and has grown with the company through hard work and dedication, helping it succeed. She specializes in budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance for property and construction projects.
With a strong eye for detail and strategic planning, Emyra plays a key role in ensuring the financial strength and sustainability of every development.
NUR NAJIHA HISHAM
As the Head of Contract at Adiwarna Signature, Najiha oversees all contract management activities, including negotiations, drafting, administration, and compliance. With a strong focus on minimizing risk and ensuring clear agreements, she plays a critical role in supporting the smooth execution of projects.
Bringing extensive experience in contract law and project coordination, Najiha works closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to safeguard the company’s interests and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the development process.
